Privacy policy
Last updated: April 4, 2026. This policy describes how Easypool handles information when you use our marketing site and product app.
1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google via our product app, we process basic profile details provided by your identity provider (such as name, email, and profile image) and information you submit in onboarding (such as age and city). We also store content you create (routes, comments, likes, and share events).
2. How we use information
We use this data to operate the service: authenticate you, show community routes, power search, and improve safety and reliability of the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
Route cards and social interactions are visible according to product rules (for example, public feeds). We use infrastructure providers necessary to run Easypool (such as hosting, database, and authentication services). Those providers process data under contractual safeguards.
4. Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to comply with law or resolve disputes. You can request deletion where applicable — replace with operational process before production.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
6. Your choices
You may update certain profile fields in the app. You can disconnect OAuth access through your Google account settings and contact us to inquire about account concerns.
7. International transfers
Depending on providers and deployment regions, data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards as required by law.
8. Contact
Replace this paragraph with a privacy contact email or data controller details prior to public launch.
