Last updated: April 4, 2026. Easypool is an early-stage community product; these terms set expectations while we grow.

1. The service

Easypool provides an online community space where members can publish commute routes, indicate vehicle details and pricing (including free options), and interact through comments and likes. Easypool does not provide transportation services and is not a party to any ride arrangement between users.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate profile information, including acceptance of these terms and our privacy policy, before performing certain actions in the app (such as publishing routes or interacting with content). You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Community conduct

Treat others with respect. Do not post misleading routes, harass others, or use Easypool for unlawful purposes. We may remove content or suspend accounts that harm the community or violate applicable law.

4. Fees & payments between users

Any payment for rides occurs directly between users. Easypool does not guarantee prices, seat availability, or rider behavior. Always verify details and prioritize your own safety.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easypool disclaims warranties and limits liability arising from use of the platform or from travel between users.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
